Where is the LOVE?

I'm reading an article about the "extreme vetting" procedures the Trump administration is looking to implement when screening foreign visitors and visa applicants. It's crazy. They want to interrogate each person asking for their phone to search it's content, email addresses, passwords, social media info and passwords, and their ideology. That's a violation of someone's rights. How can you ask their ideology in an manner that could reject their entrance into a country just because of it?! Then I get further into the article and see this Quote...

“Those who do not believe in our Constitution, or who support bigotry and hatred, will not be admitted for immigration into the country,” Mr. Trump said in an August speech....

He embodies all of those things and yet is targeting people like this. He and his administration need to focus on the things that are going on IN this country that are acts of terror, i.e. Police brutality, polluted water in Flint, race wars, a poor economy, etc. how can this country ever be great be attacking the "bad people" trying to get in, but being okay with the bad people already here?

It is hard for me to read this and not wonder, as the Black Eyed Peas sang a few years back… “Where is the Love?” Why are we as people not loving one another? Why do we continuously find ways to show prejudice and fear to one another? Why can’t we live in harmony and love? After all the greatest of all things is love! God is love! And he instructed us to LOVE!

If we each practiced love at the forefront of our being, imagine how different the world would be….
